We wish to walk our dogs near the water on Federal land. We will invite and encourage dog owners to support and have meetups, hopefully picnics,marches,to encourage the city of Lachine that dogs are Great! Meet other local animal rights activists. Gather and discuss animal (dog)rights, get support, encourage the dog owners to abide by the law in order to change the laws. Education-License for dogs, safety for dogs, support for dogs, community awarenes,Dog owner clean-up after one's pooch.
