 -a-Thon is upon us! Now is the time to start gathering pledges for this key
  annual fundraiser. The walk will take place on May 17 at Centennial Park i
 n DDO. It will be a fun-filled day for two and four legged friends of Anima
 tch with breakfast\, lunch\, contests\, booths and of course\, your choice 
 of a 3 or 6 km walk! Go to the Animatch web site to download your pledge fo
 rm. Hope to see you there!\nFUND RAISING TIPS\nSet a Personal Goal\nJust co
 nsider what you would like to do: $120 pays for an average dog sterilizatio
 n\, $50 will cover the cost of a good quality bag of food for a month for a
  medium sized dog\, $50 pays for a vet exam & basic vaccinations. $30 pays 
 for de-worming & flea prevention. There is no minimum or maximum required. 
 Be ambitious-ask your family\, friends\, and especially your local stores t
 o help you achieve your goal in supporting this great cause.\nEmail everyon
 e you know.\nQuicker than a phone call and more far-reaching. Include a pic
 ture of yourself and your pooch or add a link to the Animatch website (www.
 animatch.ca) so everyone can see what you are fundraising for.\nOne a day\n
 Ask one person each day to make a contribution. If you get four $25 gifts\,
  you will have $100 in less than a week! Don?t be afraid to ask for larger
